Dr Jhin was able to diagnose and resolve two skin conditions that had bothered me for years. She's very approachable and very jolly in addition. In my experience, she has been very straight forward in her speech--no need to guess what she's really meaning. My technical knowledge of medicine is <0, so I can't rate that. I can say that my experiences w/her have exceeded my expectations.

I came to fix slight discoloration of my décolletage area some months back using IPL. I had filled out multiple forms and explained that I am extremely sensitive and reactive, and yet I was still given the treatment to a degree that caused me second-degree burns. When I came back to tell them about it they gave me free "healing" treatments and said that if by the end of them I don't want to continue with IPL, I'd get my money back. Now they're claiming I don't deserve my money back. Wow.

No compassion for medical dermatology needs. I felt 100x worse after seeing her. I will NEVER go back and told my doctor to never refer patients to her. My appointment was rushed and she didn't listen to my concerns at all. She missed areas of treatment so I need to go back, but the thought of it makes me cry.

30 seconds in room. Terrible bedside manner. It's clear she doesn't care about patients and clear she doesn't love her field of work. Just there for the dollar. Will not return and will tell everyone seeking a dermatologist to stay away from this place!
