Extremely rude and dismissive
When I was describing my pain to her she insisted on rolling her eyes and refusing care.

Too bad we can’t leave negative ratings.
This doctor has no bedside manner. She patient teaching reflects her lack of knowledge for sure. Sadly makes me wonder how many expecting mothers babies are put in danger or women are mal treated. She needs to find a different career and a whole new office staff that has a different attitude.

I really like Dr Hollis and her office staff is always very nice. The only problem I have is that they never answer their phone. I have been calling since they opened at 8:30 am to reschedule a 10:30 appointment and there is no answer, not even an answering machine. Other than that, it has been a positive experience.

My daughter went in for routine BC shot and was treated so poorly. I’m very upset at the way she was treated. The woman working the front window was the rudest person I have ever known. She wouldn’t listen to my daughter when she had to explain several times why her insurance carrier sent her a medical card with her old name but gave them her license with her correct name. The woman kept talking Spanish about my daughter but english TO my daughter! REALLY????? We understand Spanish!!! I don’t appreciate the things you were saying about her and she was even more upset at the things the employee was saying about her. They need a long, hard retraining on customer service!!!! Considering transferring to another OB/GYN. If your front staff (the FACE of your business) is that rude and disrespectful, you will lose a LOT of business!!!

I am writing on behalf of my daughter in law. She has been treated poorly since she started seeing the mid-wife's and Dr. Hollis. Very unprofessional. Each midwife gives a different answer. NO ONE is ever on the same page. What Ob office ever hands a vaginal swab to a patient and asks them to swab. I have been in the medical field for over 20 plus years and have never seen something so disturbing. My daughter in law had a previous miscarriage and this office is by far the worst in communicating much less making a young mom feel safe. She has been told between three visits three different stories of the babies weight percentage. How is this right? I do not care if you have insurance or not. NO ONE deserves to be treated like this.

Every time me and my wife visit with this location we are seen within 5-10 minutes and is out within 20-30 minutes...very professional at what they do and quickly to listen and answer any questions if asked With that being said,we are almost six months in to our pregnancy and haven’t yet had any problems with this MD establishment and pray that it stays on a professional business relationship experience..so far two thumbs up

Ridiculously over crowded. Wait time is 1-1 1/2 hours every time. Appt. is then rushed because they are behind. Dr. Hollis is always gone delivering a baby so I don’t know why they even make appts to see her. I had 3 different test results from blood work that they did not call to give me my results so I had to call, only to find out I had an infection that I suffered an extra week without antibiotics. The doctor is rude and very impersonal. Horrible pregnancy experience.

I went to 6 doctors and 2 emergency rooms in 2 States, trying to find the reason for severe pain in my stomach. ( No one could find out why) By the grace of God I found Dr. Hollis. Within the second visit she found the problem and after 5 months of nonstop pain I had hope. Since then i have had NO pain. Best OBGYN ever. She is caring and worries about us the way a Dr. should. I recommend her if you are tired of hurting, She is a blessing.

I have been seeing Dr. Hollis a couple of weeks now and I love her office, her staff and Dr. Hollis herself. I moved to her office because the I office I left was nothing more than a hot mess. Dr. Hollis took her time to explain my diagnosis and diffident treatment options. She advised me that losing weight would help my issues greatly. At my second appointment I sat with another Dr. In her office and we came up with a plan of action to kickstart my weight loss plan.

I've been seeing her over a year now, and each visit seems to be worse than the last. Besides lacking in bedside manner, I don't feel that she ever really listens to me. During my first visit, she didn't explain what was wrong with me. Instead she just gave me pills and told me to just lose weight. Turns out I have PCOS, but I had to ask during my followup visit after researching my meds. When I asked a ton of questions, she ultimately said she knew very little about my condition to help me.
