I've only had one visit with Dr. Borum. She listens and has good bed side manner. I had to cancel an endoscopy/colonoscopy due to some other health issues. Left an urgent message for Dr. Borum over two weeks ago and still have not heard from her. Tried to go through her office to find out what was happening with a prescription. Her assistant, Nadine Yancy, was the most rudest person I have ever dealt with in a doctors office. I have never had an assistant to hang up on me. Unsure.

Over a period of years, I saw Dr. Borum. It was always extremely difficult to reach her and to get an appointment. Lately, I was in an emergency situation. It took over a day to reach her, and she was unwilling to see me. I think she is the most difficult doctor. to work with that I've ever encountered. I would NOT recommend her and that is after years of trying, off and on. There are many good doctors in the DC/MD area who can assist you without such undue hardship and aggravation.

I have been seeing Dr. Borum for over 20 years and she has the best bedside manner you can ask for she takes the time to explain what she is doing and what is best for you. I highly recommend her can find any better in the area.

Experience was awful! Upon check in, they had me down for total knee replacement--of my good knee! Came for upper & lower GI tests. When being prepped, no record for the upper GI work, my main reason for coming. Doc came in on the cell phone; I wanted to ensure she knew to do upper GI, but when she got off, given anesthesia b4 I could speak. After receiving results, called for explanation. Doc admitted she did not read my records b4 performing tests, so she did not do upper GI work.
