THE WORST
Misdiagnosed several major conditions that caused unneeded, painful tests. No empathy. Defensive. Does not listen. A 15 year old would do a better job.

Rude!
I’d give her less than one star but it won’t let me. She does not know how to deal with elderly patients. My father has dementia and was I was trying to explain that, as this was the first time she was seeing him. She scolded me about her knowing how to do her job, yet she’s asking a dementia patient who doesn’t have a clue questions he can’t answer! Then just blew off our concerns. I am the health care proxy for a reason. Will never see her again.
