Dr Naveed really did a great job getting me in for a colonoscopy quickly so I could get on the kidney transplant list. Everyone on her staff was friendly and personable. I felt like at all times I was in the hands of confident professionals

No follow through
Had endoscopy & colonoscopy 10/3/22 told to call in a week to get biopsy results. Called in a week, no call back. Called 10/19 nothing, on 10/21 employee called wanted to know if I saw Advent Health message by Ms Walker. I asked who was this person, said PA or NP. Told person I was supposed to have medicine changed. Woman said “ah you want to make an appt” I said never mind, I will find another doctor. Awful health care.

Still waiting
Dr. Naveed does not work well with people who are anxious about medications or procedures. Her video portrayed her as a very kind and compassionate doctor. Well not the case for me. I was told twice that I needed a follow up appointment within a few weeks and they don’t call back for months and then they tell you that they have no appointments available. It has been 7 months and still no call for my follow up appointment.
