Awful
She was absolutely awful. I’ve had 4 different doctors diagnose me with something. Because it was more red and inflamed today she told me it was just irritated skin. But my skin is so inflamed and swollen today that you can’t even tell what it normally looks like. She didn’t care about the hundreds of pictures that I have of what it usually looks like. She gave me lotion. Which I’ve been slathering myself in for the last year. It was a complete waste of my time.

Not human?
I had an appointment, she didn't listen to me, I didn't get my medication. I then called and left a message, she didn't respond, and I didn't get my medication. Think doctor Nick 'hello everybody!'.

Dr. Tsoukas is very difficult to get an appointment with and the UIC Dermatology Clinic is extremely unresponsive to my communications. The Dermatology Clinic postponed my appointment twice for a total of a 10 month wait time. I just had an appointment scheduled for 11/12/20 and they postponed it to 1/7/21 under Dr. Tsoukas' direction. I sent Dr. Tsoukas an email complaining that I was upset and wanted to get my procedures done on 11/12 as promised, that was 3 days ago. The Clinic has not even opened up my email to read it yet. Go to another Dermatology Office and get your procedures done, the UIC clinic is horrible and does not have any respect for their patients. Dr. Tsoukas is the head of the department, give me a break!

Dr. Tsoukas treated my wife with photodynamic therapy on her hands and arms, which is not FDA approved. This caused severe burns.

Pleasant, patient, caring doctor that went beyond her way and took time to explain the procedure she recommended and alternatives. I have already recommended to 2 of my friends and they had the same positive experience. Lucky to be have doctors and people like her in our city. Thank you Dr. Tsoukas

Very careless and unsympathetic. Cold and does not care about patients at all. Just there to make money and to prove something. Disastrous doctor ruining lives every single day.

heinous experience. she proceeded to draw a line like a button, and then had me wait. that's fine, but it totally messed up my name and credentials because of the idiotic trouble that she made to my beauty and career.

Dr Tsoukas was fabulous! Very caring and knowledgeable, she explained the procedure to me clearly and made me feel extremely comfortable. She is very experienced, and wants to give a nice soft result (not overdone, not frozen). Amazing crew as well, all of them very helpful. I would definitely go back, again and again. overall a very smooth experience.
