My father has been very ill since he got covid last spring. He has been in and out of the hospital numerous times. Dr Ratchkova was part of the team that saved his life. Her bed side manner is excellent and I found her to be very knowledgeable. She will take the time to fully explain every aspect of treatment to the family and her patience and compassion is to be commended.

Dr. Ratchkova embodies everything that is Doctor should be. She’s highly competent, compassionate, & caring. More importantly, she has soul. I was privileged to have her as my Doctor during my Hospital stay.

My mom was admitted to Salem Hospital in 2015 and fortunate enough for us, Dr, Ratchkova was the hospitalist at that time. She was incredible, listened to all members of the family, took all information into account and had the most wonderful bedside manner. She would not let my mom go home until she figured out was wrong with her, She treated her special, she treated her as if she were her mom. She did figure out was wrong and my mom was treated accordingly. Thank god for Dr, Ratchkova
