Dr. Maria Oseguera, MD

This office only cares about getting your money. I’ve never experienced this before. They told me I needed blood work done, even though they said they couldn’t schedule my physical. They forced me to have a telehealth visit to tell me the blood work was all fine, and then charged it as a full appointment which my insurance won’t cover. So now I owe them $80 for a 3 minute conversation where I asked zero questions, they told me I’m fine and hung up on me. I disputed this and the Doctor did not care. She’s also been dodging me, refusing to return my calls or speak to me. I’m so disgusted at this practice for making me feel insignificant, imposing, and uncomfortable. I’d rather not have a doctor for the next year than see them again.

Very bad experience. Nurse practitioner sees you by default and in order for you to see the physician you have to "request” it. Dollars before patients. Nurse practitioner does not exude caring attitude, she is judgemental and rude. Been with several doctors and health groups and this is far the worst clinic. Stay away from this practice.

PATIENTS BEWARE....Worst doctor ever. Screwed up my referral. Didn’t submit my referral until 2 weeks after I was seen. Also submitted my referral with incorrect information. Submitted it as an emergency when in fact it was not an emergency (thank god it was not an emergency, because if it was I probably would have already died by the time it was submitted??. Had to find out my referral was submitted incorrect by the referral doctor. Dr. Oseguera nor Dr. Oseguera’s office never reached out to me to tell me about their negligence. Shame on you Dr. Oseguera and your office. She sure does take your money but doesn’t give you the proper care. I do not recommend her or the doctors that work with her or her office to anyone.

Dr. Oceguera is an excellent MD. My son and daughter, with asthma, are always well cared for by her. She's up to date with their meds, school plans of care, lab and other needed exams. Very knowledgeable and caring. Her staff very friendly and professional with patients. Staff calls back with info when they say they will. Best medical doctor and office that I have visited in years. Dr. Arturo is excellent with his patients too. Thank you, Ana, for providing trust and care to our son.

This doctor is dangerous and plays mental mind games. Long story short, she called me on the phone and told me my physical issues were all in my head and that I had to force myself to walk. She refused further medical treatment or physical therapy. Fast forward to a new doctor and I am now receiving constant treatment AND being respected. What shocked me is that my new doctor listened to me, ordered an x-ray, and found objective evidence showing my disorder. Oseguera never reviewed my medical hi
