Wasn’t able to see Dr. Johnson. Completely frustrated w/ Dr. Maria Johnson. Many years ago I saw one of the doctors in this practice for a 2nd opinion and that was it. I was recently referred to Dr. Johnson as I wanted a female physician. I made my appointment (waited 2 months) with Dr. Johnson & today I was called & told my appointment was cancelled & would not be rescheduled. The reason given was that I left the practice and she would not see me. Apparently my 2nd opinion made me a patient and now Dr. Johnson won’t see me because I left the practice. I explained to her office I was not a patient & could not understand why my wanting to see a female physician was such a problem. I again was told I left the practice and it was Dr. Johnson’s decision to not see me. Give me a break! Dr. Johnson’s name comes up when searching for a Gastoenterologist. Dr. Johnson is even shown on Hartford Healthcare’s Women’s GI Health Center which is an all female s

Dr Johnson is a caring and knowledgeable physician who puts patients at ease while discussing a sensitive subject. Her clinical skills are outstanding. She has the ability to explain a patient's issues to them and encourages questioning on their part to maximize their understanding and ability to take control of their medical situations.

Dr. Johnson is an amazing Dr. She not only takes her time talking to you explaining every aspect of your problems....she is so kind and doesn't give up until she finds what the issues are....NO ONE BETTER!!

Dr Johnson was kind , understanding. Her follow through was incredible. After years of trying to find out what was wrong with she did a complete exam and found out my problem. I think she would not leave one stone unturned to help me.

I was assigned Dr. Johnson after my gastroenterologist, who I had gone to for close to 30 years, retired. Dr. Johnson is a very invested, caring, skilled professional. I am fortunate to have her as my physician.
