Really terrible treatment for a first time patient. We waited more than 2 hours past our apt. With no help whatsoever and still didn't get into the room.

Horrible. The reception staff is not friendly- we were first time patients and they were too involved in conversation about their weekend plans with each other than worried about attending me. Also- my scheduled appt for my 15 m/o toddler was at 9:15, dilated his eyes at 10am. Asked to wait 20 mins, weren’t called back until 11:30. 2+ hours of waiting and my BABY fell asleep. When Dr. Formas finally arrived, she asked me to wake him up and pryed his eyes open to exam him. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

No les recomiendo esta doctora. Mas de 3 horas de espera, mi hijo tiene 6 años y no tiene NADA de paciencia. Muy muy amargada la doctora, a mi tampoco supo darme un diagnostico especifico por eso que pedi cita con otro doctor, ademas de tener todos sus equipos antiguos. Piensenlo antes de hacer una cita.

First of all, my appointment was for 1:30 PM and I was seen by the doctor at 5:15 PM almost 4 hours spent seating in a waiting room with my 10 years old. To top it, they passed a girl who got to the office after me to be seeing by the Dr. before me, when I went to the front desk to ask about it, no one knew about it and they could only offer an apology. The Dr. was not very specific about her diagnosis, and was a little rude. A horrible experience, I have never spend so much time in a Dr. office
