RUN!! A Dr not interested in questions is not a Dr
For starters that pic is over 20yrs old, update please!!!Dr pretends to care, but has cancelled my medication (wrong patient supposedly), had me wait over 45min in the room after checking in with the nurse. Been seen her for 3+yrs (give the Dr a chance right?) Every 6months, same copy&paste visit, wait forever, same questions/answers from her. But if I have new questions, new issues, new problems she literally dismiss them with no questions, check ups, answers, anything. RL Example, lets see if I'm the crazy patient...Embarrassingly enough, I had a 'roid' appear a few months ago, during my appt earlier this year I asked her to help me eliminate 'it', after barely looking at it for 10seconds she told me to sit on the bathtub with Epson salts... Not 1 question about it, how long I had it, does it bleed, has it grown, does it hurt, anything at all, no questions just the bathtub & good bye. That's the day I decided it's enough avoidance/ignorance on her part. I need a REAL DOCTOR!!

Sometimes have to wait a bit, but Dr. Fakadej is very pleasant and thorough. She will take the time to answer your questions. And she has the most infectious laugh. Always leave there feeling great. The office staff are always friendly and pleasant and will answer messages promptly.

I would give negative stars if possible. My entire experience with her has been awful. When going in for a physical I had symptoms of a sinus infection. She agreed, however had to be reminded THREE times to hand my the prescription. When I was enrolling in nursing school I needed vaccinations. Her response to me was to go to the health department to get this taken care of. I also had a BP 140/100s & she blamed it on medication I was not taking and did no further follow-up. Ridiculous!

My family member had been seeing Dr. Fakadej for a year due to memory problems. Dr. Fakadej spent a YEAR telling the patient's daughter that the memory problems were due to depression, without even TESTING for a physical cause. She insisted on giving antidepressants a chance to work. The patient has just seen a new doctor for a second opinion. The new doctor ordered an MRI *immediately* which showed that there is a ***benign brain tumor*** that has been growing for at LEAST another year.

Well, Dr Fakadej has been a beacon in my husband's life. She has been his primary care dr and has zeroed in on the life threatening illnesses he has endured. Recently she listened to me have a meltdown in a spontaneous visit and not know where to turn. We are grateful to have her in Clayton.

IF. You want a doctor who is an excellent listener, caring, highly qualified, and has a great laugh, you have found her. I am truly blessed to have her as my primary care doctor. Have YOU ever had a doctor to call you on the weekend, because she was concerned about one of your test results? Dr Fakadej did. She truly is a credit to her profession!
