I just can't say enough positive things about the office and the level of care. Doctor Fain is absolutely caring, takes your matter serious and personal, definitely goes above and beyond and makes sure she knows the problem and tries to find solution. Irina the manager is absolutely amazing, so caring, considered, just so eager to help that I do not know if these type of human exist on Earth. She is truly a gem! From the moment you walk in, she ensures everything runs smoothly and is always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Her organization, professionalism, and genuine care for patients and their families make every visit a pleasant experience.Whether it's scheduling appointments, handling insurance issues, or making sure our visits go as seamlessly as possible, she does it all with a smile and warmth that makes us feel like more than just patients. Her dedication and ability to juggle so many responsibilities, while always maintaining a personal touch, is incredible.

We are truly fortunate to have this doctor for our 5-year old son. We fell like she is part of our family - always caring, always following up, always available in case of emergencies. On several occasions she came back to her office to see our son after-hours. Highly, highly recommend. We are raising our second child and I can't think of a better doctor than Dr. Fain-Karpus.
