Dr. Maria Charron, MD

After she sent the wrong prescription to my pharmacy, I could NOT get anyone on the phone for days to fix it. It never got fixed. Oddly, I also had to educate her on my pretty common medication because she hadn't heard of it. Waste of a copay. After one visit, I immediately removed her as my PCP. By the way, the doctor herself admitted that her staff doesn't answer the phone. It's very true. You will NEVER get someone to answer the phone. Look elsewhere for a PCP. Avoid the frustration.

This person should not be a doctor. She has my mother waiting for 2 hours in pain just to wait for another 30min inside without treating anything. Then she “forgets” to send the prescription to our pharmacy. She’s not a professional and has no ethic. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT visit this joke of a doctor.

This doctor is rude and abrasive as well as insensitive, inattentive, she regularly berates patients and has little if any bedside manner. She is only cordial when she feels like it. She is very judgmental and inconsiderate of others feelings as well as circumstances beyond their control.

i had a positive experience here, just a well check up but medical staff was professional. The front desk however did not check me in correctly so I waited over an hour

Made an appointment for my insurance-covered annual physical. Office insisted on billing it as an office visit with copay because they DIDN'T perform an EKG.

very rude appointment desk , she was (secretary) absolutely RUDE and hung up the phone because i said i was a new patient and like to make an appointment !!!!!! i hope this review bring Dr.Maria's Attention , it is absolutely shameful to have some one like that working in a Doctor's office and treat the patients like that , its just disgraceful .

The front staff schedules appointments that the physician and lab can't complete thinking that they can. You then pay a copay to be told "we don't do that here". Charron has less knowledge of some health issues than a mechanic. Doesn't listen to you. Wait time is an hour. Unnecessary lab work and lab work you request isn't performed. Had one nurse that I had to near write down my simple 4 word request because verbally repeating my request 5+ times wasn't clear enough. Incompetent.

my appointment was at 9:15 and I didn't see the doctor until 10:15. No one bothered to apologize or tell me how long I would be waiting. When I asked, I was give the run around by the staff and the doctor! It's really SAD how health care has really gone down the tubes!

I saw this "doctor" today and walked out on her. She was BEYOND condescending and basically wanted me to tell her how she should treat my severe back pain. I have never had a more negative encounter with any healthcare provider. She has the absolute worst bedside manner I have ever experienced and I made it clear to the clinic that employs her that I never ever want to see her again.

I am responding to this survey based on my wife's experience with this doctor. Our regular internist was called away suddenly and when we arrived Dr. Charron was covering for him. She entered the exam room reaking with perfume. My wife is allergic to perfume and begin coughing extensively. The doctor asked us what we were there for three times and what we wanted her to do for us. We were following up after a hospital stay as instructed. This visit was a complete waste of time.
