VERY POOR CARE BY THIS PROVIDER.
The Call Center is outrageously poorly NON MANAGED. I was never able to get Dr. Cerna to call back in a timely manner. I was told that the doctor left for the day and then I get a call back in five minutes from the doctor. All the support staff cover for each other and rationalize with untrue answers. I asked for my lab work to be mailed. After calling back two times, only today I received the lab results after two weeks waiting and I live close. However, to prove my point, I received the letter discharging me from her obviously NON CARING, NON EMPATHETIC OFFICE in one day without any delay. PROOF THAT THE HIPOCRARTIC OATH SHE TOOK IS ONLY EMPTY WORDS. I would never recommend Dr. Cerna. One time I asked when seeing a different Doctor because I was sick and I was told Dr. Cerna is on vacation in Honduras where she was born. Then I was told she is not on vacation and she is in Honduras working.Everyone there you ask the same question, you get a different answer. NO TRUST!!

Excellent Doctor and team -10 stars-
Dr. Cerna and her team are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to provide exceptional care. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt welcomed and valued. Dr. Cerna took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my treatment options. She expertise and compassion are truly remarkable. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions. They create a comfortable and supportive environment that puts patients at ease. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I have received from Dr. Cerna and her team. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a family doctor.

The best Doctor
My husband and I recently became Dr Cerna’s patients. We cannot say enough good things about her! She is extremely thorough, compassionate and professional. She explains things well and explains her plan for medical management of your care. We are very happy we found her!

Traveling and needed my prescriptions updated. Dr. Cerna was caring, thorough and knowledgably. Angie was also extremely helpful. Five stars for both.
