This lady!!! she withheld my prescription telling me I had to take an adhd test and piss in a cup or she wouldn’t give them to me, even though the tests were already done and not mandatory for me to pick up the prescription she doesn’t like me and asks me when I’m getting a new psychiatrist every time I speak with her incredibly rude and demeaning you’d think she’d be kinder and not cause stress to patients with mental issues?? Like it’s your profession why are you on a power trip and even though I already did the tests to get prescribed the medicine? and the testing was so my insurance would pay for it when I go to get it filled so I don’t have to take any tests there was zero reason to withhold my prescriptions it was not mandatory, it was about control, she should absolutely be fired, if I was more unstable this could send me spiraling, unacceptable and disgusting behavior. Do your job. Very simple, write the prescriptions your patients need. A whole degree. Wow.

Yes, she was late, sometimes by an hour or so, but she took me off medication that was making me stupid and put me on some with less side effects. I'm not having Bipolar II symptoms, and I can finally think clearly. I absolutely trust her judgement.

I have seen Dr Cenzon for over 20 years. She is kind, caring and hard working. She runs over on her appointments because she doesn’t stick to the allotted 5-10 mins insurance pays for. She has just left private practice. I’m truly at a loss without her guidance.

She has no respect for her Patients. She over schedules appointments for her own pocket. When you get to the office she has patients sitting for up to 3 hr past there scheduled appointment. Her answer is she is running behind. You can walk into her office anyway she is working and find her Patients sitting in the waiting room that are over 1 hr past there appointments because of her over scheduling .

She takes hours and hours to see you. Literally, every single time.

She is never on time. My average wait time has been over an hour. Although I have seen her multiple times it is always as if it is my first visit. I have to go through my entire history every appointment often times answering the same questions multiple times within the same visit. She doesn't seem to pay very close attention and obviously does not value her patient's time. Very disappointing!

She is NEVER on time. My appointment was the first one in the morning at 7AM. I was at the front door at 6:45AM and Cenzon never showed until 8AM!! The typical wait for this woman is over 2 HOURS. So if you have a job or anything time critical avoid this woman like the plague. She also has issues with computers and in the year and a half I've seen her hasn't gotten a single one correct. She's driving my pharmacist crazy with her stupidity. I wouldn't trust Cenzon to care for the Taliban.

I have been seeing dr. Cenzon for over 13 years. She is kind, intelligent, and spends the time needed to ensure treatment iq working.

She is never on time... My appointment was at 8am and I was still in the waiting room waiting at 10am, but they want you to arrive 15mins prior to your appointment. And if you are 10mins behind they will make you reschedule. That's not right! When she has had me waiting for over 2hours with no problem. Once you finally do get on with her she rushes your conversation and does not listen well at all. She will give you a prescription that she thinks is best and send you on your way.
