To the person that said that the doctor is not at fault for her business stop being poor I can tell you this her staff is the one that told my mother that the doctor canceled her appointment due to mishaps. They still cannot even say what those mishaps were so she may be a good doctor, but she definitely does not care For her patients! Then they’ll trick you in saying that you cancel the appointment when it was them that canceled the appointment or they’ll call you and immediately call you back and then say that the third call they’ll cancel your appointment. They’ll do anything any excuse to cancel your appointment because this office reserves the right to see a patient. I cannot wait to tell the doctor that referred my mother how incompetent these people are that he does not refer any other patient to get mistreated in this woman manner.

Dr. Rivera is a great doctor and loves her patients. She did an excellent job on my colonoscopy and provided excellent care. It's not fair to blame the doctor for mishaps in the business office. I highly recommend her for a colonoscopy.

Dr Rivera has diagnosed issues I’ve had for years and helped get them resolved. She is kind, caring and very Knowledgeable . I’m not sure why others have given poor reviews. I’ve sent patients to her and everyone is thankful for having her.

I saw the nurse practitioner, she got upset because I question some of my medical problems. They never called me back for a refill on my medication nor did they respond to the pharmacy. It was only acid reflux medication. It has been 11 days and still no response after begging for help. My primary told me to see another gi doctor which I did they are a good listener and is trying to help me and is proactive in a treatment. I went here because I wanted a female but that did not work out in this case. U have been so sick and you think when you go to the doctor they can help you but that was not my experience here. I don’t know if Doctor Riveria is good or not because three appointments later they only want me to nurse

This office is unorganized. The doctor does not care. My first new patient appointment was 2 months before my scheduled colonoscopy I did everything they asked me to do I got to covid test done.... 2 days before my colonoscopy I realized there was no prep called in I called the office no one called me back day before the colonoscopy I called a speak the office manager they said they weren't sure who it was because it changes daily I got an extremely bad feeling about going forward with any kind of procedure this doctor does not care I waited all day for call back and haven't received it I said cancel my appointment There's NO WAY I would entrust my body to someone so careless.

For the past year we have nothing but issues with this doctor. Assumed the prior medical diagnosis was correct I did no further testing. After six months, tried contacting the doctor or her medical assistant with a medical issue and did not hear back for six days. Had to cancel two office appointments due to Covid, had another serious medical issue and tried contacting them again. 3 days later they called and said they won’t see her again.

Dr. Rivera is a very caring and extremely knowledgeable excellent specialist. She always puts her patients first. Her patient centered care is truly appreciated. You will be hard pressed to find to find a better specialist in her field. She is the best!
