I really appreciate how much time Dr Kai gives during my appointments. I am so impressed with DR Kai's empathy, professionalism and care. I also like that I feel I am an important part in the decision making about my health. I feel very blessed to have her as my PCP.I also really appreciate that if I send a message on Mychart, it is always answered the same day

Dr. Kai's nurse was also pleasant, cheerful and helpful. She told me her name and told me my pulse rate and blood pressure. I saw her for a short time, but she was great. Also, Dr. Kai always writes good, clear notes that I can read on MyChart which I really appreciate.

I don't have anything bad to say about Dr Kai. She always gets comments on test results to me quickly via email. I appreciate the email option. This last visit was a follow up from a hospital stay.
