Great Doctor
Visit is always though, she is a Good Listener when you have a problem. Always friendly and never seems rushed. Always on top of sending referrals when needed too.

Dr Mari Castello and staff have gone out of their way to stand in my way of getting the help I needed for severe Carpal Tunnel. They had weeks to get any Insurance approval, but always canceled my appointments with specialists, the day before or day of, because they didn’t get the approval, so I had to wait weeks longer. Finally had surgery scheduled and the DAY OF again it was canceled because they didn’t do their job. This pain and loss of the use of my hands has been going on for months thanks to this Doctor! If you have to depend on a DR and staff to do something in a timely manor, I suggest you go elsewhere, because they sure do not care if their patients are in severe pain!
