Terrible experience as a new patient! Horrible bedside manner, rushed through everything, bad attitude and negative responses to my questions. I’m a 38 year old woman, told her I’d like a referral so I can see if I can still have children. Her response was “I don’t deliver babies!” Ummm yes I understand that, I asked for a referral. Then she gave me her PERSONAL opinion basically telling me we’re supposed to have babies when we’re young! I told her yeah I have a 13 year old but I am still interested in finding out l. Like another reviewer, I was shocked and frozen. I am new to Illinois and really needed a refill on meds so I sat through this horrific appointment. I’ll never set foot in that office again! I think it’s time for this clearly older grouchy woman to retire. Be a doctor, give MEDICAL advice! Not your personal opinion!

I went to see this doctor for a physical, as a 33 year old first time patient. She walks in and doesn't introduce herself or look at me and goes "Why are you here?" I was so shocked I said "Excuse me?", which she replied with again, "Why are you here?". I told her for a physical, I had not had one for a few years. She did no exam whatsoever, in fact I sat in a chair completely dressed for the entire appointment. She didn't ask about my lifestyle or my family medical history. When I asked her if I was too old to have a baby she goes, "Ya, the clock is ticking." I should have walked out the instant we exchanged words, but I honestly sort of froze because I was actually in total disbelief a doctor was speaking to me this way and basically not doing an exam when I was there for a complete physical! Answers all my questions. Explains all tests needed and follows up with the results. No complaints whatsoever. Very happy that she is my doctor. Takes the time to listen to my concerns. Very knowledgeable.

Arrogant, Snippy, terrible bedside manner. Went to her because my primary physician was booked and will make sure I never go back!!

She is an excellent doctor with a wonderful personality. She listens intently to my concerns and helps me along with my conditions. The only downside is wait time. I have had to leave before since appointment's behind. But, she is a doctor so I always wonder if she was saving someone's life before me.
