Consultation
Went for a consultation after a double mastectomy to see if some fat could be removed from the 'side boob' area. She had such a Robotic cold attitude and said it wouldn't be covered but I could of course pay cash...i was told by 3 other surgeons up in Portland that it absolutely would be covered if just Coded correctly.

Dr. Herron's office is professional and filled with staff who provide warmth and reassurance every step of the way. I needed to have implants removed that I thought were saline, and had been in my body for 30 years. (far too long). Dr. Herron performed the surgery with incredible expertise. The results are fabulous. I was told the implants were saline were actually silicone and had ruptured! She had a complex issue to deal with and handled it expertly. Having the explant surgery has been such a blessing. My energy is better, my thinking improved, and my breasts feel great! I owe a huge thank you to you, Dr. Herron. You are a blessing to this valley.

This was my second procedure provided by Dr Herron. I would have given the same review to my first visit as I do for this one. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my procedure. Office assistant Nicole contacted me well in advance of my appointment and provided complete information about my visit. I especially appreciated her complete info on the COVID-19 protection procedures they had implemented to protect me and themselves. Medical assistant Erica conducted a comprehensive pre-procedure phone interview. Dr Herron provided a complete explanation of procedure details as well as post-procedure instructions. Her actual work was highly skilled and professional in every way.

After having nursed my children all I thought about every time I was getting dressed was how much I disliked where my breasts ended up. After going back and forth with the idea of implants I finally did it. Dr. Herron gave me beautiful breasts. I asked to look what I looked like wearing my bra, without wearing my bra and that is exactly what I got! She understood, listened and gave me the best surgery she could! I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I would say perfect is definitely how I see my breasts now. I recommend Dr. Herron to anyone considering a surgery(I also found it easier to speak to a female). She and her staff go above an beyond! I will be back for my next surgery!

This review is being repeated since my first review has been deleted somehow. Dr Herron reduced my breasts from a 38 H to a 36D, too large for my petite frame. I asked for between a B and C cup so that I could wear my previous clothing. I was also left with dense breast tissue which predisposes me to cancer and I've had to undergo the painful MRI procedure that has placed markers into my breast tissue. There are also numerous problems with my breasts that will require further surgery to correct, i.e., one nipple points up and the other points down, the areolas are different shapes, and more. I attributed that problem to a blindside injury just 6 weeks post-op and Dr Herron affirmed that cause and offered her support and assistance. Based on her offer to help I filed a claim with a third party for the injury. Then Dr Herron refused to help any more than saying the blindside "may have" caused the disfigurement, which is the same as saying nothing. I felt foolish filing a claim.

Dr. Herron is a wonderful doctor. What I like about her is her honest opinions on procedures and she does not push cosmetic procedures. She is a perfectionist so when a procedure is performed, you can be assured you are in the best hands. I recently had a surgery with her and I was so cared for, her entire time was just fantastic

I highly recommend Dr. Herron. She is an excellent surgeon and has a wonderful bed-side manner. From the moment I walked into her waiting room I could sense that I would be cared for in a professional, thorough, and nurturing way. Seeing a female plastic surgeon was a priority for me, and she exceeded all my expectations.

Dr. Herron is very friendly and down to Earth. She and her staff are very knowledgeable. During my consultation, the procedure was very clearly explained, the expected resulted and the cost. At my pre-op appointment, I was given extensive written instructions on the before and after care so I could be fully prepared. The evening after surgery, Dr. Herron called to check on me and answer any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Herron and her staff.

I was referred by a dermatologist who had unfortunately done a very poor job removing a skin cancer on my forehead as labs could not confirm success. The excellent experience with Dr. Herron made me realize her office should have been my first choice. Care was taken to recognize complications with current medications, resulting in avoiding major swelling, bleeding, and blackened eyes, which had been the unfortunate result with previous procedure. No swelling, no discoloration, perfect result.

I had a breast cancer diagnosis and was referred to Dr. Herron by my surgeon. She is the preferred plastic surgeon by the top breast cancer surgeons in Grants Pass and gets top ratings from the breast cancer survivor group and surgical nurses there as well. Dr. Herron saw me promptly, discussed options at length, really listened to my concerns and wants, and helped me make a decision I am very happy with. She is meticulous, a gifted surgeon and a truly caring woman.

One of the best experiences I've had with a physician. From the minute you walk in the staff is friendly and helpful. No "attitudes" from them that everone encounters at some doctors offices. Dr. Herron is excellent at communicating her knowledge and suggestions. Within minutes of my exam i felt I found a doctor and a friend that would be able to help me. I can definitely recommend her.

I was extremely pleased with Dr. Herron and all the staff that work along side her. She spent two years working with me off and on to help me down the correct path vs. just doing what I walked in the office and asked for, I didn't have a clue what I really wanted and after all she has been doing this for a long time. It was a great experience with excellent healthy results.
