Unfortunately, I never saw Dr. Rinker. I made my appointment over the phone, gave them all my insurance information and answered all their questions. Then I waited over a month for my appointment only to be told at the front desk they don't take my insurance. I could not believe the receptionist made it sound like it was my fault. Now I have to wait two more months for a new patient visit at another doctors office. Doctor may be good, but staff is terrible!

She did listen to my skin issues but had no idea how to treat it or valid recommendations. "Interesting, looks normal but isn't to the touch... With this we just don't know. It is what it is" she said. With my skin issues having started over 6 months not healing but progressively getting worse and new symptoms arising telling me to try a new lotions after already having tried that there should've been more of an effort to help get to the route of the issue. She had me out of her office in less than 2 minutes after having driven over an hour to get to her and also having my appointment pushed back 4 hours because her office double booked and waiting in the lobby for additional 45minutes past the rescheduled appointment time. I do not recommend her unless you just want to get your cortisone prescription refilled which her office also failed to send to the pharmacy. Highly do not recommend. You better of with the PAs and nurse practioners.

Dr. Rinker is knowledgeable and efficient. She always takes the time to answer questions completely and is very thorough. Highly recommend without reservation.

Dr. Rinker is always knowledgeable and friendly. I completely trust her with every inch of my skin. Even though she moved to an office farther away, the trip is still worth it. I always get free samples of skin care products st each visit also.
