Very judgmental and exactly what’s wrong with the Mercy Machine. A part of the broken system of why medical doctors have zero business treating mental illness.

Charged the visit as a specialist visit instead of a preventive care visit since health issues were discussed.

I always look forward to seeing Dr. Reiker. She is selfless, caring and patient. She has the best bed side manners that I have ever seen in a doctor. I will probably need therapy when she decides to retire.

She has published statements which indicate she is completely clueless about ME/CFS, namely in recommending exercise therapies which have harmed a great many patients around the world. I understand that not every doctor will know about every condition, but I do expect a doctor to know and respect her own limitations. If she is that lackadaisical about the well-being of ME/CFS patients, I would not have faith in her ability to safely treat any other disease either.

The office is very difficult to maneuver. I've tried to leave messages numerous times with the M.A. to no avail. Medications were supposed to be called into pharmacy and wasn't. I tried to contact the office numerous about this medication but it was never called in. I can't get a sick appointment with Dr. Reiker only her P.A. I finally went to urgent care and they tried to get a hold of the Doctor to order some specific testing in the hospital but they couldn't get her either. Went to ER

She asked me the same questions many times, as if she didn't believe me. She argued with me about taking Vitamin D. She made me so uncomfortable I'd rather go to Walgreens clinic than her.

I have been a patient of Dr Reiker over 10 years. She is a wonderful caring doctor.. She spenda time with you, asks questions and make you feel like you are important to her. Get staff is very caring. If you call early in the day she will try her best to work in your appointment if it is urgent. She has a wonderful Nurse Practitioner: Sharon that can see you anytime the doctor can't. It's a great symbiotic relationship. I travel 30 mins to get there. I won't ever change doctors. Thank you !
