Flustered & overwhelmed Doctor
DR Pierson is a part time doctor only working 2 days a week. The wait time is ridiculous 2 hours. The whole appointment she is facing her computer & will not do a thorough exam. I left confused not knowing exactly what just happened & what to do next. No proper diagnosis.

Wait time was 2 hours. Dr Pierson’s was frazzled & was in & out of the exam room taking care of her previous patient & me. Before leaving I asked if I can call her if I forgot something (because I didn’t have her full attention) she agreed, but when I did call, her PA refused to let me talk to her& was unprofessional. Things have gone down hill with Dr Pierson since she lost her PA Amanda & Dr Pierson went to 2 days a week. Just train your PA on proper customer service skills. That will help.

Seems caring but doesn't seem knowledgeable on all topics of care, some appointments felt as though I was the patient was driving the appointment and was only there to seek her approval and signature on a prescription.
