Dr. Chang was the doctor in charge of other physicians while I go to the Community Clinic in Silver Spring, MD to be seen or treated. She seemed nice but met her once. As the head of the clinic she should ensures that physician or nurses do not abuse their positions, which to my experience did occur. This reason, I will not recommend her because she did not do what she was supposed to do as a physician protecting patients' rights like me. Thanks!

Dr Chang is a wonderful doctor, she very professional, reliable, compassionate and kind. She takes the time to listen to me and explain her diagnoses. I would gladly recommend her to others.

She will not hesitate to refer you to a specialist if you have an issue beyond her expertise. She is also very empathetic.
