Love Dr. Chang
She is a well-educated Ophthalmology. She makes you feel comfortable, explains your results so that you understand what is going on with your eyes. Very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Chang.

Excellent specialist
My first visit was to repair a tear in my retina. I have had Melanoma so it can manifest again in the eyes. I get my eyes checked every six months. Staff is very professional, friendly and caring. Wait times are always minimal. I highly recommend her and this group! I already have recommended them to several people

Top notch eye care
You can trust Dr. Chang to treat your eyes with knowledge, focus and empathy that gets results. She diagnosed and treated a serious eye issue quickly and within weeks I was back to full vision. The Retinal Consultants team is professional and efficient. They get you in and out of your appointments on time. Every chain in the link is strong. I highly recommend Dr. Chang and her colleagues.

Excellent and Thorough
I was greeted and seen right away. The staff performing the initial tests were friendly and courteous. Dr. Chang was prompt and very thorough in her examination. She detected a slight problem and was able to address in the same visit.

I wish there was a zero rating. Dr Chang did not perform my eye surgery, however she was the Dr I had a follow up with the next day. I have never experienced such a lack of caring or concern from a physician. She barely spoke to me, did her exam and was out the door. No concern for how I was feeling or if I had any questions about my recovery. She brushed off specific instructions given to me by my surgeon . Not at all impressed and will not be seeing her again.

Needs Empathy Training
I saw Dr Chang for a torn Retina. I have a history of Scleral Buckle in my other eye so I was very nervous. Dr. Chang appeared to be very rushed. When I was asking questions she got offended and asked if I would like to see someone else. There was no empathy for what I was dealing with. I know she deals with this issue all the time, but it is still important to not become desensitized toward her patients. The thing I liked is that the lazer repair was done right in the office. Dr. Chang is a very proficient doctor just needs a little more compassion.

Overall care and compassion.
Dr. Chang is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been a patient of hers for many years and not one time have I ever left a visit feeling unheard. She’s an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Chang to anyone who has vision questions or concerns. My Mom unfortunately lost her vision before I became a patient otherwise I would have insisted that she go to Dr. Chang. Excellent doctor, thanks for taking care of my eyes.

Excellent Physician
I have been a patient of Dr. Chang for several years and she has had to deal with several eye issues I have had. Her diagnosis and treatment has always been excellent. Follow up and monitoring have been great. All issues were addressed and vision is currently excellent. All due to the care I received from Dr. Chang.
