Very long wait times getting worse

Dr. Lupicki was the primary care doctor for me & my husband for many years. We were usually pleased with his care. We changed insurance to Medicare Advantage & Dr. Lupicki dropped out of that plan. Now I'm being harassed by his billing clerk (Vicky) for a charge that was totally legitimately covered by my insurance but subsequently denied for incorrect 'termination of plan.' WE NEVER TERMINATED OUR PLAN, LUPICKI DROPPED OUT!!!!!!

Dr. Lupicki is a very caring and compassionate and professional provider that I know is awesome! He listens to your concerns and takes the time to diagnose the issue, if not he will refer you to the specialists that are needed. I was inpatient for a procedure and as I awoke who was there checking on me Dr. Lupicki although he was not a part of the surgical team that did the procedure. That is one of those special moments I'll never forget and continued to keep check on me, he has been my PCP for over 10 yrs. would not trade him for the world nowadays it is very hard to find a Dr. who takes the time to listen and assist our health needs. Therefore, I commend and recommend (You) Dr. and your staff is fantastic, kind and caring there is nothing they would not do for you as well!!! God Bless you all.

First met Dr. Lupicki during my stay as a Rehabilitation Patient at a facility that was primarily a Nursing Home. I was first assigned to a physician who was the facility’s medical director who never paid any attention to me despite my concerns with medication. Having observed Dr. Lupicki’s professional & courteous manner my request for him to be my physician was welcomed. His knowledge was impressive such that upon discharge from the facility he is now my internal medicine physician.

Dr. Lupicki has been our familie's Primary Health Care provider for many years. Amazing, caring and attentive Physician. Just like they used to be. Will carefully listen, not waste time or send you home with bunch of pills. Comfort, care and patience. His office Staff always with smiles and family approach. Now, that a great Doctor in my book. Dr. Lupicki has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is very caring and listens to everything I have to say. I like that he refers me to a specialist, if there is concern in a specific area. His front desk staff is always pleasant and courteous too.

Ben going to Dr. L for many years. This website states he's treats numerous ailments but my experience has been he refers you to a specialist. He is personable & does listen & spend time with you but I often don't feel he takes my comments/complaints more seriously. Appt time doesn't mean much-- patients are taken based on arrival time so if 8 people are ahead of you at your appt time, you will be #9. Waiting room usually crowded & wait time most often is an hour.
