Would Not Recommend
The amount of time it took to be seen. Although his appointment was at 245, he was not seen until 15 til 5. No updates were given by office staff to him. No one came and checked on him at all. When Dr. Shaffer finally graced him with his presence, my husband asked if he was going to be treated like this any time he came back, and Dr. Shaffer became very defensive and said there were not that many ENTs in the area.

Pleased!!! Is an understatement!!! Rockstar!!! As a medical professional myself it takes more than an average Doctor to score a 10. Dr. Shaffer scored a 20. Good job Sir. Staff was superior also. What a fabulous experience.

Dr. Shaffer did surgery on my 11 year old daughter's neck a few years ago his bed side manner with my daughter was excellent. He made her feel so comfortable and did an excellent job with her surgery! She absolutely loves him. He is a great doctor that really cares about his patients!

Dr. Shaffer has an excellent bedside manner and you can tell that he really cares about his patients. He always has a smile on his face. All of the staff in his office are wonderful. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Shaffer was so good enouh my newly turned 5 yr old when she had to have her tonsils and adenoids out.. she wasn't scared from the office visit so it made the day of surgery easier on the both of us. The office staff are extremely nice and the nursesv in recovery were amazing. Would & have recommend to friends and family! You can tell Dr. Shaffer enjoys children and loves what he does!

Dr Shaffer was very well mannered and explained everything very well. He seems like he really cares about his patients. The whole staff was very inviting and i felt comfortable going there with my child. I would recommend everyone to Dr. Shaffer's practice.

Dr Shaffer and his staff at Women's and Children's hospital was very kind and informative about everything that he was about to do, how much time he expected surgery, and the extended care needed, prognois and risks associated with my grand daughters removal of tonsils and Adonis. His staff helped with calming her down, along with myself, her mother, Sonya, and her little squishy lizard, named Marcus, who was allowed to accompany her in the surgery room during surgery. Just having him helped.
