Most caring Doctor ever!
Dr. Richardson is the most caring and thorough Dr. I have ever had. He is very gentle doing an examination. He always feels both feet to compare the warmth of my feet to know what is going on in my foot healing process. He takes Xrays when needed to protect my feet. He is very thorough in explaining my care and what to expect and what to watch for,in regards to issues or problems in between visits. I am extremely pleased with his care and attention to detail. I never feel rushed! Hale always takes all the time I need to be confident in our plan of action with my foot care. Thank you Dr. Richardson!! God Bless you!

Worst Experience EVER
My experience was horrible. Went in for foot pain to where I could barely walk some days. He told me to point to the area where I was having the pain. Since I had no recent traumatic injury to the area he said I need an MRI so he could see what was going on. Left work early for him to say I don't really see any issues. Never once did he touch my foot or try to manipulate my foot to replicate the pain I have. What a waste of my time and money.

I had no recent injury but was having pain in my foot. Dr. Richardson asked me to point to where the pain was on my foot. He stated he would need an MRI to see what is going on. I get the MRI go back for him to say I couldn't really see anything. Not once did he touch my foot or manipulate my foot to replicate the pain that I have on most days.

Just there for the money
After being in a boot for a month, I went back. Dr. Richardson asked if it was any better and I replied not much. So WITHOUT ANY EXAMINATION AT ALL for any swelling, not as much as looking at my foot he orders an MRI, which couldhavebeendone OVER THE PHONE. I can find somewhere else to give my money too.

Adena drs are terrible
I saw Dr. Richardson three times and he never did properly diagnose my toe issue. I saw a different Podiatrist and he looked at it and knew exactly what was wrong and took action. The podiatrist actually said it was podiatry 101 and couldn’t believe I saw the other Dr three times. I will never use an Adena Dr ever again!
