My husband has been going to Dr. Cruz for 3 years and in that time, we have seen him 1 time. He keeps insisting it is memory loss, but my husband keeps getting worse all the time. I would never recommend Dr. Cruz. He is always out of the office and we see the nurse practitioner. When it comes to issues of the brain, I think the doctor should be involved more. I think it is time we find another doctor.

Dr Cruz is the missing piece of our puzzle
Dr Cruz is knowledgeable, patient and actually listens to the parents concerns. He picked up on what my 8yo son needed first thing. His pediatrician has been seeing him for years now didn’t pick up on it.

Was amazing when my mom had an episode we thought was a stroke and wasn’t. He explained everything, remained professional and was super caring. Would see him again for my own care plus my moms care!

Excellent doctor & staff. Great beside manners & professional.. My daughter who is quite anxious, visits has always been less overwhelming as she is comfortable here & staff show genuine concern

I would be giving 5 stars but the office staff is horrible. No one ever answers the phone or checks messages as no one returns calls. As a concerned parent, this is important if I have questions about my childs health. Dr. Cruz and his nurses are awesome but his office staff needs to get it together.

My child is complex AND challenging. When no one believed that there was an issue with my child's behaviour change, he stepped in, had him admitted to the hospital for a second time in a week and personally went to see him several times until he figured out the problem. He listens to the family and their concerns regarding his patient. He really works with the family to do what's best for the patient.

Never actually got to see Dr Cruz due to the unprofessional manner of his office staff. Called many times and couldn't get through or the computers were down. When I did reach someone, she was very defensive, which didn't bring out my best qualities. When you are concerned about your child's health and you are already worried, you really need a caring and professional staff to ease your worries! I will be taking my child and my insurance to Vanderbilt now.

Dr. Cruz has a very nice bedside manner. However, you can never reach anyone at the front desk. EVERYTIME I called, I had to leave a message. Even when I left a message, they didn't call back in a timely manner, I ALWAYS had to call again. The offices could definitely use some pictures. An hour is a long time to set an an exam room with blank walls. Also, my 9:00 appointment took two hours, of which 15 minutes was spent with the PA and Dr. Cruz. The other hour and 45 minutes I was waiting.
