SLOPPY
First appointment of the day, and he was already a half hour behind. A med student took my history and did my initial exam, which is fine. When Dr. Giorgi came in, he barely looked at me and didn't talk to me at all. He spent all of his time talking to the med student like I was a slab of meat, and clearly had no idea about my history because he was saying things that didn't make sense. I corrected him. He told me he doesn't do the kind of surgery I need, and he'd refer me to a different surgeon. (It needs to be noted that I expressed concern about the type of surgeon I needed when I scheduled the appointment with the coordinator). Then.... Dr. Giorgi left for a 2-week vacation without putting in the referral or even finishing the note from my visit. Stellar work. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Very disappointed experience. They don't care about their patients. My Surgery was scheduled for 12pm (I had to fast) the Doctor showed up at 3:30. (Nobody explained the reason or apologize for the delay) Two weeks later, at the Follow up visit (scheduled for 11:15am) at 11:15 I nurse took my blood pressure, asked a couple of follow questions. I expressed that I was HAVING PAING on the surgery area. She took notes and left saying 'the Doctor will be right with you' ONE HOUR AND TEN MINUTES LATER the doctor never showed up. I left the practice after letting the fornt desk girl now what happened. Three day later, and I haven't received a follow up or apology call. They don't care about their patients.

Very professional, compassionate. A good listening to your concerns and needs. Although he is new to me I can feel it right away the calmness and reassurance that came over me the first time he spoke to me in the hospital.
