I would , highly , recommend!
After years of back pain due to arthritis and normal wear and tear , and trying any treatment available to deal with constant pain , my orthopedic surgeon recommended Dr. Marco Palmieri. Dr. Palmieri took the time to listen and pin point exactly what was causing the pain that has limited my physical activity for many years now. He was clear , concise , and honest explaining what treatment would give me the most relief . I had a Lumbar Ablation 2 months ago and feel great! I'm back to the gym , hiking and , most importantly, sleeping well. Dr.Palmieri and his , wonderful , staff were informative and caring. Kudos to them all!

I went to Dr Palmieri with back pain. I have had injections before. I went to Woodbury for the injections. The pain that I felt shooting down my leg was intense. I would if lived a warning that this would happen. The same thing happened on the other leg. I left in more pain than when I arrived. All you are is a number there. Never had a Dr so uncaring in my life. Three days later the office called asking how I was. I told them I was in more pain then ever. Was told it can take up to 2 weeks to kick in. Well it’s 3 weeks now and it’s still worse. Went in for my follow up appointment today. After I waited for an hour and watching people who arrived well after me go in, I told the front desk I don’t know how they can leave people in pain waiting for over an hour. Then I left. Will never go back or recommend him.

Find some place better if you can
The office is incompetent resulting in treatment delays. So bureaucratic that ot seems like the DMV more than a doctors office.

After 13 weeks of pain, I finally got some help! Dr. Palmieri was so professional, kind, empathic, listened, knowledgeable and gave me hope. I have had two epidurals with Dr. Palmieri, both were handled with care and compassion, nurse Tom was just as professional, sincere, you can tell he enjoys people! I can also share that my symptoms are almost gone and I am forever grateful!! THANK YOU ALL for restoring my faith in the medical field again.

Would not recommend to anyone. I was left with considerably more pain than before he attempted simple knee injections that were successfully done by another Dr. multiple times before. His answer to my concerns was sorry you need knee surgery now. I no longer am under Dr. Palmeiri's care. Thankfully

Total sweetheart. One of the most caring docs I've ever met. Same about his entire staff including nurses Tom and Noopa, receptionist Cathy, admin Diane and others. Dr. P is willing to go above and beyond for his patients. Even liaised with another of my docs to coordinate care. He understands pain like no one else. Office environment beyond the waiting room is also one of the most intimate and calm I've ever seen. I recommend him without hesitation for pain management and treatment.
