horrible bedside manner is not informative with patients. Unprofessional used words like You are going to die. does not care about his patient's feelings, concerns, fears, or anything. He is judgmental and shames people for certain things. He should know better he's a doctor he should be completely non judgmental. Before seeing me I heard him telling the nurse the patient needs to go to the er I don't want to see the patient. I don't like the qtc levels. He did finally come in after a few notes of him whining to the nurse about not wanting to see me. He has the potential to be an excellent doctor if he wants to be. I think he wants to help his patients but doesn't overall care about their feelings, and well being, doesn't discuss plans with you. there is much more I can go on about. The bottom line is he is judgmental, non-caring, not informative, and left me feeling nothing but scared, alone, like an animal not even a human being,

Very disappointed
I like the Doctor but his office is very badly organized and is not well managed! Very difficult to get somebody to answer the phone! Imagine if you have to talk to the doctor for an emergency matter! Totally unacceptable! Waiting times more than 2 hours and then another 20 minutes to get an appointment! If you sent messages they will tell you that they did not get them! But to get paid by insurance they really know how to bill and post it in your FollowYourHealth account! So it looks that they lie to the patients too! THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT PATIENTS! Our time is very valuable too and patients should be treated with RESPECT!

Won't say anything about the expertise of the Dr., but isn't my time as valuable as his. Take my dad there quarterly for a check up and it never fails that we wait in excess of 2 hrs. Dad being 85 has little to no tolerance for the waiting game. I take him to all of his Dr appointments and never wait this long for any of them. Today we waited 2 hrs and 15 and walked out, but not before getting back his copay. If you have nothing better to do with your time this is the Dr for you

Very good doctor but leaving him due to the fact, you have to wait in the waiting room sometimes 2 hours. It has happened more than once. Plus they book two people for the same appointment. I walked out the last time after waiting an hour with three people ahead of me. When I asked how far up on the list I was, I was told that Dr. Kowalski wasn't in yet and no one informed the patients waiting. I had another doctor appointment in 2 hours so I left. Need to get the act together.
