Dr. Henderson was personable, knowledgeable, reassuring, informative, and collaborative. I was impressed at her friendliness and how she listened and adjusted treatment plans accordingly. She was exceptionally respectful and in no way demeaning or belittling - treating me as an equal partner in my health.

Dr. Henderson is very knowledgeable concerning my issues and explained everything we discussed in a manner that made it easy to understand. She is very compassionate and sympathetic to my medical situationwhich some providers I've had in the distant past were sorely lacking in. BS&W has many outstanding doctors, surgeons, nurses, and staff and I'm always impressed by their professionalism.
