Face of the office
Dr. Jones seems like a great doctor from the one visit I had with her. However her office staff and supervisor are rude and unhelpful. They don't return phone calls, they provide different answers to the same questions and they don't tell the whole story. There are many good doctors and being treated as I was will force me to find them.

Excellent! Dr. Jones was professional yet very caring. I had two carpal tunnel surgeries with her and she did a fantastic job. All at the surgery center and her office staff were wonderful!

I explained the issue, that it was adversely impacting exercise, sports and my overall quality of life. I received a rushed visit, limited empathy and no treatment suggestions whatsoever. A waste of time and money. * Arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointment, and was seen about 25 minutes later. * Intake assistant spent about 5 minutes with me, asked less than 10 questions, spoke with someone (I could hear them outside the exam room door), and took me for an x-ray. The x-ray was fast, the only positive of this visit. * After returning to the exam room, a mystery physician appeared, saying he was helping Dr. Jones. Was he an intern? Someone training? It wasn't clear. He asked a half dozen questions during his 5 minute exam, and then said Dr. Jones would be in to see me. * Dr. Jones repeated the same process as the mystery physician. After her 5 minute exam, she offered no suggestions, and her sage advice was to return if the condition got worse. Disappointing.

After waiting an exceptionally long time due to the fact that the doctor was double booked in every time slot, I had a few short minutes with the doctor who was curt and almost rude. I would never go back to see her again.

She is awesome! Very professional & very knowledgeable. She did carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and I've had no issues. (Surgery was a year ago). I would highly recommend her.

Prior to surgery she was rushed, but amenable. After surgery she was unprofessional, uncaring, and provided poor attention to a less than optimal outcome. It felt that she was too defensive to listen to patient concerns.

I was very impressed with her empathy and knowledge. Seeing my level of stress, she went out of her way to adjust her schedule and fit me in as her last surgery the following day so I would not have to wait a week until she returned from vacation. She is always willing to spend time and answer all questions.
