Dr. Marcene Kreifels, MD

Was able to see the doctor without an appointment. She was able to resolve my health issue with a positive outcome.

I have been utilizing Dr. Kreifels for many years since moving to Crestview. She has been able to assess and treat all of my health care needs appropriately. In regards to a serious heart condition she diagnosed, she referred me to a specialist which saved my life. My assumption was I had covid, but with her knowledge and expertise the correct diagnosis was achieved and treated. Dr. Kreifels has also work with my Orthopedic surgeon when a full knee replacement was warranted. I would not recommend any other Dr. In this geographic area for general practice medicine!

I used Dr Kreifels about 28 years ago for 2 years. Her boyfriend stood over the receptionist and watched her like a hawk. He was always there watching. It was very weird. I had a gallbladder ultrasound performed at her office and told nothing was wrong. She did not refer me to a gastroenterology doctor even though I had another gallbladder attack. I took myself to Dr Finelli in Pensacola and I was loaded with gallstones. Dr Herf performed my surgery at NOMC. She is not affiliated with North Okaloosa Medical Center and THERE IS A REASON for that. I was once left in a room waiting to be seen and they closed for lunch without her ever coming in. If she is handling her patients from check in to check out it is because she cannot keep staff. I am amazed she is still licensed to practice. “CAVEAT EMPTOR”. LET THE BUYER (PATIENT) BEWARE.

DR. KREIFELS is the most compassionate and dedicated medical doctor I and my son are most blessed and proud to have as our primary care physician. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and skilled, she has a great personality. We feel very comfortable with her treatment and recommendations. She is down to earth and is easy to talk to.

Dr Kreifels helps when other Doctors hand off.

Wonderful doctor. She’s been my doctor since 1998, and I have no intention of changing. She has a great professional and personal personality. She takes her time with you and she is really concerned for the health of her patients. She’s really smart. I pray God will keep her here.

Dr. Kreifels is the only dr. that i have seen that generally cares about your health and well being , she takes the time to look and listen to your problems even if there not health related . She says when you mind is stressed then your physical body is stress too .If your only wanting drugs don`t go see her but if you want straight answers and someone who cares about your health go see her .

I have been seeing Dr. Kreifels for several years now and I absolutely love having her as mr physician. Anytime I have needed something (within reason), she has always been there to help. Her bedside manner has always made me feel extremely comfortable. Don't listen to bad reviews. If you are looking for a Dr., give her a shot and make your mind up for yourself. I'm sure that you will be just as pleased as my family and myself are. As long as we are local, she will always be my Dr!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kreifels for over 25 years. She is a wonderful person, and the best doctor I've ever had to examine, diagnose and treat my medical needs. I am very fortunate that Dr. Kreifels is my doctor. When I go to Destin area, I go to her office for health check-up.

I think she is a very caring doctor. She makes sure she take time with you. It's so hard to find a doctor that cares about you. Im glad I have her as my doctor.

I have been trapped in the VA and Army medical program for years, and Dr. Kriefels finally gave me the advice and medication necessary to live a normalish life.

HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST! I just called to confirm to confirm something about my appointment and she made me feel like an idiot. She was absolutely so rude and I've never experienced such a thing over the phone...especially from a medical professional setting. I called back to cancel my appointment and before I could finish my sentence she said "OK good, thank you!" and hung up. She needs to change her attitude and be more pleasant to patients .

Wonderfully compassionate and knowledgeable. Several of my extended family members agree Dr. Kreifels MD is their primary care provider.

Very rude staff and doctor. I would not recommend, unless you want a doctor who does not listen and humiliates you.

My experience with Dr. Kreifels has been 100% positive since I moved here in June 2014! She does everything in her office from the initial greeting to check out. There are no CNA's, LPN's, PA's that you are tossed around to and MAYBE see the Dr. every few months.. she cares about finding ways to limit the amount of meds needed for treatment, and is extremely knowledgeable! It's sad how more people can't take a moment to report POSITIVE reviews. I give her an A+ in all areas!

This is not a reflection of the Dr. that operates this facility but rather the woman at the front desk. I am not one to make first impression judgments so I gave the benefit of the doubt three times. First time I thought the woman was having a bad day, second time she hung up on me when I called to confirm my visit after chastising me saying it wasn't an official visit so if they have time they'll see me, if not than no. Third time was when she accused me of not being prepared 4 not having a pen

SHE'S A JOKE!!! STAFF IS EVEN WORSE!! Don't even want to waste my time giving details so I won't....... The rudest dr and staff I have ever seen. New to fort Walton /crest view Drs and I chose VERY POORLY! She should have her medical license pulled immediately! She is a disgrace to the medical profession........

Will never use this doctor & highly recommend you don't either. Their staff is unbelievably disrespectful & rude!!! The doctor has no clue what's going on in the medical world. I'm just shocked they are still open!! UNREAL!!!!!

This morning was my first, AND LAST, time at this facility. I got there at 10:15 for my 10:30 apptmnt, there were two other people there. About an hour later, one patient left and I found out the other's appointment was at 9:00 (it's now 11:30). The good thing is I had their outdated, intermittently working tablet to fill out all of my information. I came very close to throwing that thing out the door. Then I met THE DOCTOR. The woman was unprofessional and confused. I will not be going back

The staff has no clue as to deal with people they did not check with my insurance to check co-pay and tried to bill me in full instead of checking with my insurance. They were rude and called to try to explain but it was a bad attempt. The reviews you see tell you to stay away and I agree.
