WORSE FRONT DESK
These people never answer the phone. Whenever I call, and it does not matter what time of the day it is, the call usually goes to voicemail. Whenever I go to her office, there is usually 2-3 people in the lobby so they are not extremely busy. I think Dr. Ibanez needs to get better people to work the front desk. That may explain why her lobby area is usually empty.

Worst doctor
My parents have been seeing her for a few years now and we are in the process of changing providers because of how horrible this whole staff is. It’s impossible to get a hold of the office and they never call you back when you leave a message. The doctor had the nerve to say “if you can’t a hold of us just stop by the office.” How about hire competent staff to accommodate your patients.

Very frustrating
I have had this doctor for many years and more or less her help with my health has been positive. After a brief time with breast cancer. I find getting a hold of her office difficult and her prescribing pain pills or sending referrals for additional assistance for my health extremely unbearable. I have had to fight with her to get me to get back to my normal self. I am not young but not too old to go back and regain my normal routine.

If I could leave a negative 5.. I would.. When I initially called to make first appointment, I was only able to leave a message.. 4 days past and no call back -had to call again to connect with someone to schedule I advised her of a condition I have and she said she is not knowledgeable. Of it. Has no idea, not even try to ask what it is,Nor did she give any comfort or any referral of what I should do. HORRIBLE

Very kind to me and good at explaining my medical condition. She didn't want to prescribe me an allergy pill that I found to help increase my appetite (I am underweight) but I guess thats understandable, an allergy pill to gain weight seems odd but still wanted to try it. She mentioned that she was excited to have a young patient because she hates working with "the old people" so there could be some biased there. Other than that I enjoyed my visit to her office.

The second time I saw Dr Ibanez was to get the results from tests regarding a lump on my neck. She came into the room, with a cynical smile on her face and blurted out that I was going to have to have my neck cut open, before even telling me what the results showed! I was shocked at her tone, her laugh, like she was enjoying my fear. When I asked her to tell me what was going on...and to quit acting like this was a joke, she told me I could find another dr. She has since quit seeing older patien
