Dr. Rugel is the most caring dr. I have ever seen! She actually listens and cares about you as a patient and your family too. I would recommend anyone who needs a new family dr. to see her. I can't imagine anyone not liking her.

Dr. Rugel sits down with you and discusses your medical issues and explains what a layman doesn't understand. She never rushes an appointment and truly cares about what you are going through. Would recommend her to everyone!

Very incompetent. I had problems getting the right medication called into the pharmacy. This went on for a year until I left there.

She was a good doctor until she moved to Belpre. Now this office is so incompetent. I've been over 3 weeks without my insulin because staff just cannot seem to do the paperwork properly. This isn't the first time I've been left without vital medication because they refused to call it in properly.
Rugel herself doesn't seem to understand mental health issues, and how they relate to overall health.
She told me to lose weight, I should make this huge fruit/veggie shake that would cost a lot of money and would be bad for my diabetes. Out of touch.

Dr. Rugel is by far the most genuinely caring physician I have ever been too, She actually spends quality time with her patients getting to know and understand them and in my personal opinion. ... This is what makes her a cut above all the rest. Her staff is extremely kind and have an awesome sense of humor. Very rare to find this combination.

I really like her as a doctor, she is friendly as well as her staff, listens to what you have to say and explains what needs to be done. The wait time is way better than others I have been seen by.

This excuse for a Dr. does not follow up on her patient. She conveniently forgets to prescribe even basic blood pressure meds. If she actually does have a nedical license, I would not bring a healthy dog for her to treat. It would die in mere days. If you are a masochist and like suffering needlessly this quack is for you.

She is a very good doctor. She really explains in everything in detail, and makes sure you understand things like test results. She really seems to genuinely care about the patients well being and makes you feel at ease. She is very easy to talk to
