I recently visited Memorial Urgent Care Center in Hollywood and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Dr. Shapiro. From the moment I arrived, the warm, welcoming front desk staff set a positive tone, and the clean, well-maintained facilities were impressive. Dr. Shapiro provided exceptional care—his attention to detail, concern for my well-being, and clear communication made me feel truly cared for. Along with the medical assistant, Novelette Alicia, Dr. Shapiro ensured I received an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment for my two broken ribs. Despite the center not being busy, the staff, including Tanisha, remained incredibly attentive and friendly. In short, Dr. Shapiro and the entire team at Memorial Urgent Care Center made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable. I highly recommend their prompt, professional, and compassionate care.

The worst.lacks compassion, spends no time, rude, acts as if he’s doing you a favor by seeing you.he raced out so quickly I had to tell the nurse I had questions. Not enough characters to fully describe the debacle of my urgent care visit for Covid. He couldn’t care less. Arrogant and non caring. It doesn’t surprise me he doesn’t have his own practice and honestly Marc ( because he doesn’t honor the distinction of Dr) needs to leave medicine and get a remote job from his living room where he doesn’t have human interaction. I wish I could give negative stars

Find another HCP
I came in with an open wound and there was a long wait time. By the time the HCP saw me the blood has already dried up. The doctor came in with an attitude cause we denied an unnecessary services. And he had a condescending attitude towards my family. To top it off he wasn’t gentle with the care provided, he had to take the fb out of the wound and didn’t provide anything to numb the pain. From seeing the family’s and staff reaction he realized that it was messed up and cruel. Then later brought it up, but still didn’t wanna accept the negligence practice. Nowadays practices focuses on providing comfort for their patient and do the best they can to make them feel comfortable and acknowledged. Clearly missed that point. We avoided all other urgent cares seeing this was memorial sad to say never taking my loved ones to this center.

Second time here, first time experience was ok but I came here again because it’s right next to where I live and I couldn’t take the pain anymore. This guy is terrible, I literally called and spoke to two people before I came and asked them if they could do the procedure of the condition I had before going there and they said yes. I get there and the guy doesn’t want to touch it, gives me the WRONG medicine for my condition and then I wound up PAYING AGAIN and going to memorial hospital to have the actual procedure done, I could have saved one day of excruciating pain and saved the troubles of wasting money and hours there. This guy might be ok if you have a small issue like a cold but please don’t submit yourself to this clown if you have something more serious, he even argued with me when I was there and the end….HE WAS WRONG! Hospital was baffled to see what he prescribed me, and nothing done…all and all, he is a patient mill just trying to make a quick buck. Please beware .

I went to memorial urgent care. Dr. Shapiro was the doctor on duty and he was professional and caring at the same time. We were happy with his care, diagnosis and treatment. Would definitely prefer this urgent care facility.

Last night I took my 91 y/o grandmother to remove stitches on her head after a bad fall 2 weeks ago where she fractured her shoulder and had a gash on her head. I was so disappointed!! Dr. Marc Shapiro is by far the most unprofessional, arrogant, and condescending physician I have EVER encountered in my life! He has terrible bedside manner. I truly feel bad for his staff... the way he talks to them was unacceptable. I've been an office manager for a cardiology practice for 8 years so I'm speakin
