Uncaring and unhelpful
Dr. Richardson's apathy and lack of interest in helping really stood out. He recommended exorbitantly expensive eye drops that I would likely have been stuck using long term. I did not get tat prescription filled and found another doctor to help. I had post covid eye issues and they are better now, no thanks to Dr. Richardson.

Ms.
After a week I am blurred in my surgical eye. I was told by people that if you get the cataracts removed, you could see better. NO! I am requesting an emergency appt. With a doctor in MS Vision to see what is wrong. Dr. Richardson is on vacation the week of July 4. He is a very friendly and warm person. I’m just not happy with the surgery. The staff are warm and friendly.

Great first visit! I trust my eye Dr at home to send me to the right cataract surgery. Both staff and Dr Richardson were welcoming and professional.

In December of last year, I went to my regular eye doctor for new glasses. At the time, I was wearing single vision lens for farsightedness. Dr. Bear informed me that I had cataracts and could have my sight returned to 20/20 with the removal of them. So I was sent to the Mississippi Vision Correction Center for an exam. Marc examined me and sent me for a retinal exam , and cleared me for the operation. At that time, I wasn't particularly concerned as the reviews were all good for the center. Marc was insist ant on doing the operation before the end of the year. At that time, I was informed that it would cost $6000 to upgrade to an improved lens, which was not covered by my insurance. That was not affordable for me. At this point, I should have called it off yet was encouraged by the staff and the reviews to continue. The first was removed in the first week of December and I was sent home for 2 weeks to do the other. I wasn't happy with the results of the first yet couldn't h
