Horribly disappointed
I’ve been trying for months to get an understanding of how to communicate my Mother’s decline in her memory, depression and anxiety. As your healthcare proxy and point of contact, and also her advocate because she doesn’t know how to be her own advocate. I’m finding it extremely difficult to be questioned with my motive as to why. I want my mother further evaluated. A brain scan is not enough and doubling the dose of her anti depressants so she is high as a kite and drinking doesn’t seem logical. I have explained to many nurses over and over again And I’m not being heard. You can’t trust an 83 or a woman to go into a doctors office and speak the truth when she doesn’t even know what she did the day before. I’m beating my head against the wall and I won’t let this go Somebody better wake up and look at the aging because they are slipping through the cracks.

One star is too generous! Brought my 86 year old father to him and mansour greeted us with “ you’re late” ( by 4 minutes). He asked what brings you here. As I took a breath to explain my dad had fallen and was short of breath, mansour said “ well is someone gonna say something?!” I explained my dads concerning symptoms. He listened to his heart and lungs. He saw that my dad needed assistance standing. Times up. “Drink water and get some exercise” Go for bloodwork. Referral to VNA. Goodbye. Since then VNA has visited daily and informed mansours office of rapid decline. Now receiving palliative care. He and his staff have actively stood in the way of dad receiving oxygen. Nurse Kitty is a nightmare and actively impeded my dad getting oxygen delivered. VNA nurses have spoke with Kitty in my presence. Kitty is rude and neglected to use info given to her to make proper O2 referral. I spent over 2 hours on phone with mansours office. In the end VNA got O2 delivered. Not mansours office

Dr Mansour has been my PCP for at least 15 years. He is ALWAYS on time and is so efficient and knowledgeable that he can pinpoint the problem very quickly. I have NEVER felt rushed and if I had more than one issue he dealt with each of them without any attitude. I recommend him VERY HIGHLY!!

I switched to Dr. Mansour about 1 1/2 yrs ago. I think he is great. He is patient and knowledgeable. He always answers my questions. I love that I can always be assured that he will see me around my scheduled appointment time. He is great in my opinion. I am so happy that I found him.

To start I had an 8am appointment in which i showed up and was in the room at 8am and he said I was late and if I did it again he wouldn’t see me. Very impersonal wanted to rush along the appointment as quick as possible.

found him to be attentive and caring. Also, he is 'on time' which is important to me because I find it very rude of doctors that are constantly behind schedule. He will always make a follow up appt or a referral if needed.

rude and watches his watch to make sure you only take 15 minutes, if you have more than one problem...such as a ear infection and a chronic pain elsewhere....tells you he will only cover one thing at a time. you had better see him often and pay often...extreme distance and outright rudeness.
