Dr. London was ineffective and useless to the point of causing harm. I went to him with numbness in my right hand and severe pain all the way down my right arm/shoulder blade. Clearly either a slipped disc or bone spurs on my vertebrae (which the MRI suggested). I BEGGED him to give me a steroid injection for the inflammation (something I have since found out is basic step no. 1 for such injuries) and he flat out refused. I asked him for any kind of medication to which he said it would be useless and "only help alleviate the symptoms-- but not do anything for the cause." Then he gave me no further recommendation as to what to do to TREAT the cause and when I did my own research (at my wit's end) found that there was a long-shot that a rheumatologist might be able to shed more light on it-- to which he scoffed at me for suggesting THEN when I called months later for a referral they said "oh, well have you seen a rheumatologist like Dr. London suggested?" AVOID this doctor.

Dr London takes a lot of time to listen. He is thorough and seems to genuinely care. He doesn't rush you through like many Dr's do these days. We are still doing tests but I feel confident he will help me and work with me to come up with a good treatment plan.

Please do not go to this office. They treat you with such disrespect and cause aggravation. They sent me for a procedure and bc my doctor was on vacation I had to wait a week until he got back from vacation. There are 5 other doctors there. They would not let anyone else give me these life altering results. As if I hadn't been through enough. They also kept making me leave work to go there for silly things. Dr London is horrific. He had no bedside manner and doesn't explain things. Staff is rude
