over 20 years of care
Dr L is very thorough in his explanation of his approach & his treatments. I highly recommend his services. PS - he is a busy man, so if you expect great care learn to be a little patient.

I have been seeing the dr. for about 10 years and have always been treated well. the waiting time is because of getting your eyes dilated and eye doctors I saw before had longer waiting time. I have great trust in his treatment and have recommended him to many friends and relative.

I feel the Dr is great wait times too long and the office staff is rude st best and the most important thing for them is the money. I have seen the staff be condescending, arrogant and downright mean to customers. The office is small cramped and claustrophobic feels like an inner city clinic even with the high pressure tactics to get the money in I am a long term patient but will not be back. The entire staff needs to know that customers are patients and should have at least some basic training

Dr. Leibole is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He performed my Lasik surgery last November and did a perfect job. When I explained I was moving overseas soon, he was willing to squeeze me into his already busy schedule. He even personally called another opthamologist and set up my cataract appointment for my other eye. Talk about going the extra mile! He takes time to educate you, and is sharp, knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I love his staff - exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I recently had LASIK with Dr. Leibole. My entire experience was excellent. The consultation was thorough. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, all questions were answered honestly and completely. Dr. Leibole and his medical technicians are kind, caring, and competent. I found his office staff to be pleasant and accommodating. I never encountered rudeness even with the multiple schedule changes I initiated. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a medical practice.

Dr. Leibole is great but I waited for an hour and a half in his small, cramped office to see him. I was told an hour to an hour and a half is a normal wait time. That does not impress me.

On 2 separate occasions I arrived for scheduled appointments only to find the visits had been cancelled. I didn't want to wait more months to see the Doctor and sent multiple messages about the failed office appointments on the Partners' Patient Gateway and left a phone message. No response or acknowledgment. I am extremely disappointed in their level of service and would not recommend Dr. Leibole who I liked but, unfortunately, you need to deal with his staff first.

I have been waiting over 2 hours to see the dr. He is very good, but the wait is ridiculous. I was never notified that he was running late, so that I could come in later. Also the office staff are the rudest people I have ever encountered , particularly the office manager. On 2 occasions she has actually yelled at me . Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly office staff

My reluntace to refer this practice has to do with the rudness of the office staff and how poorly they treat the patients. Dr Leibole has always been professional, caring and I would have no problem recommending him.
