The worst Dr on the planet. Clueless

Dr. Frankel identified my fracture when 2 other doctors missed it including the ER doctor! He quickly identified the fracture, educated me on the surgery I would require. I am now running and back to normal. Thank you Dr. Frankel!

I have seen Dr. Frankel for more then 10 years. I had plantar fasciitis, torn tendon in foot, broken foot, and a ganglion cyst. All of which he treated for. He took great care of each injury including surgery on torn tendon and ganglion cyst.

Great doctor spent time with me answered all my questions and all around knowledgeable good doctor

Dr. Frankel spent less than ten minutes with me. He did not listen to my complaint (I know because later when I requested my medical records to take to a new podiatrist, his notes were not accurate), nor did he examine my foot. I called several times to confirm that my MRI had been approved but after 6 weeks, Dr. frankel still hadn’t called. It took another 5 weeks to get my medical records and I only received the notes after calling, a second phone call later I’m still waiting on the x-rays.

I've visited this office twice and during each visit, Dr. Frankel has come into the examine room speaking to the doctor caring for me with conversation unrelated to my care. The front desk makes sure you pay co-pays etc, then during your expensive visit the good Doctor comes into the examine talking about business cards.
