Avoid at all costs
Suffered multiple complications from a routine varicoselectomy. Consulting multiple peers they have never seen such negligence/disregard. Terrible surgeon and human being.

He was rude. He would not let my father or I ask questions about my father's serious ongoing urology issues or his medical history and walked out while we were mid-sentence. Both appointments we had with him, he spent less than 5 minutes with us and one included a foley change. Will never return and I would not recommend under any circumstances.

Do NOT see his practice! Went there almost two years ago for a standard visit and the doctor was not personable at all. I paid my copay and they showed up as a covered practice through my insurance. Additionally after two years, I get a bill for $320 (lvl 3 consult when it was in reality more like a lvl 1). When I called, the receptionist was extremely rude and would not allow me to speak to the doctor regarding this. STAY AWAY!

Had a very brief visit with no physical exam, but I felt he knew what he was doing. Diagnosed Overactive Bladder (I am 61 years old) and received a prescription. The office and medical staff was very nice. As the first patient in the morning, there was no wait. Was at his Fishkill (60 Merritt Blvd.) Caremount practice, where they allow at home check-one through Phresia.

I would not recommend this doctor. I do not believe that he in any was adequately prepared me for how invasive and painful the prostate biopsy he preformed was going to be. Following the procedure, I bled profusely. I became so ill following the procedure that I required 3 days of hospitalization to bring the resulting infection under control. Bad luck or bad procedure? I can't be sure, but why would anyone take the chance with so many qualified doctors out there? Lacked empathy with me.

He charged me very high rates for in-network consultation and on further investigation I found that he charged me for a complex consultation rather than a very simple consultation that it actually was. I only asked him to refer me to a lab for a test, but he sent me a large billI and I had to pay the full amount myself because I had not met insurance deductible. Don't go to him unless you have lot of money to waste.

I went over the reviews on this site and was hopeful to meet with Dr. Danzinger. Though never blatantly rude, he did seem nonchalant about a condition I had been suffering from for quite sometime and I was clearly in pain. He seemed to take little interest in helping me get to the root of my problems and quickly hurried be away with a rx, not once, not twice but on three separate appointments. Very Disappointed. The receptionist at his location has a disgusting attitude.
