This Dr. office is scamming people!!!
This ENT office is a SCAM--stay away. Before booking, I asked about costs since I had a free ENT option through my school but it was far. They assured me it would only be a $20 co-pay, so I went in. Dr. Bansal cleaned one ear--nothing more.THREE MONTHS later, I got a bill for approx. $150 with no explanation. I reached out to their billing department, customer service, and secretary, and every time I was told someone would get back to me--including the manager, who never called. They could not even tell me why the Dr. billed my ear cleaning as a PROCEDURE or why it states that they did not charge my insurance for three months. No one ever gave me a single answer.I'm paying this to avoid collections, but their dishonesty, lack of transparency, and awful customer service are unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!

Knowledgable and Compassionate
I highly recommend Dr. Cohen. I suddenly lost complete hearing in my left ear. He was there with me from the moment I entered the hospital to my first year of adjusting to the world of One ear. He was compassionate and knowledgable. I would highly recommend him.

He preformed a surgery on me that I didn't need while aligning my septum. He actually narrowed the breathing passage. Now, it's taking another specialist to fix his error. Not worth it. Go anywhere else for a second opinion if your insurance will allow. If not, switch insurance companies.

I saw Dr. Cohen for the first time today. His staff was polite, professional and really seemed to be on top of things. The process of scheduling an appointment through Zocdoc.com was easy and fast. I liked the fact that Dr. Cohen kept to his schedule and saw me on time. I found him to be personable, down to earth, and obviously very good at his profession. I also liked that he decided not to do additional procedures that he didn't think I needed. I highly recommend this doctor.

He is thorough, knowledgeable and respectful. Dr Cohen also will refer you to someone if he feels an other Dr has more experience with an unusual condition you as a patient are presenting with. I have seen Dr Cohen for the past 4 years and have recommended him to my friends and family.
