Dr. Mara Rodriguez, MD

Dr. Mara is an excellent doctor and person. Very concerned about her patients and with a very good character in her treatment. He's intelligent and takes the time to explain everything. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. I recommend it without a doubt.

She has been always there when we were sick. No need to wait for days and weeks when you need an appointment is priceless. She is a very good internist. I feel really lucky that she is our primary care Doctor.

very professional, human and with much knowledge as a doctor. The first time I visited, I could appreciate all these qualities, as a doctor it is a lot of work to find a complete one that fills all the expectations. So all my family consulates with Dr. Mara Rodriguez.

Was given an appointment for 9 AM on a Friday, which the MA didn’t seem like she wanted to give me. I arrived at the office at 8:50 on the day of the appointment. The office was locked. I waited until 9 AM and tried calling to advise I was standing in the hallway outside the office and no answer after multiple calls. Finally around 9:10 an employee walks up with another patient. She also can’t get into the office. She knocks. She calls the secretary and advises us that the secretary “is looking for parking.” The employees finally show up five minutes later. At this point I’ve been standing in a hallway for 25 minutes. No one apologizes when they ya patients standing in the hallway. I finally advise the first employee that I had an appointment for 9 am but am leaving as I’ve been standing waiting for nearly half an hour. She was not apologetic and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no because I didn’t want to go through this again and she just gave me attitude. I do not recommend.

I am totally convinced that Dr. Mara Rodriguez is in the right profession. She always takes the time to listen with compassion and concern to whatever I come to her with. She does the very best she can to care about your total health...physical and mental. I appreciate all the time she has given to let me just be me and understand me...... even when no one else seems to get it. I love her warmth! Other Dr's shouled take a lesson from her.

We needed a doctor because we are new in Miami. I went to see her because of the good reviews I read here, and I was very pleased with my experience. So pleased, I brought my mother the next day to see her too. She is just excellent: kind, knowledgeable, patient and understanding.

My mom is a patient of Dr. Rodriguez and she is absolutely wonderful with her. She has a small simple office but she's an excellent doctor. Very caring of her elderly patients and is conscientious is balancing the needs of the patient and takes the age into consideration which is very important. Very focused on quality of life. I do wish the doctor was a bit more punctual; 9:00am appt is actually seen between 9:30-9:45am.
