A great doctor
Doctor Helman and her staff are the most compassionate people I have ever meet. Doctor helman listens to your concerns she gets the referrals that you need out right away and she keeps on top of things. She cares about treating your total body health she listens to your concerns and when she refers you to another medical specialist’s she keeps on top of everything. And she makes sure to refer you to the best doctors in their field. I’ve lived in Oregon for over twenty years and usually when you find a good doctor they leave. I was so grateful to God when I found her. She truly is a doctor and someone who truly cares.

Dr helman was great for about a year, then with the intro of her counselors, in particular wilma marchbanks, everything went crazy. She began making impulsive and dangerous decisions regarding my medication, she overcharged me, she would make accusations at me, and finally she abandoned me with no medication no referral no nothing and called me abusive and toxic even though in my records I'm described as very pleasant. I have the phone conversation recorded, just wish I knew who to send it to..

Amazing doctor, extremely knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. She is in it for the patients through and through. Not only is she an expert at being a physician in her specialized field, she's also the most friendly and kindest doctor I have ever received treatment from. She truly cares, and it shows. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I have been with Dr. Helman for over a year now and is one of the most caring, competent, knowledgeable doctor that I have been with so far. That is the same for her whole staff....I think the bad reviews are from people who have problems taking their meds as prescribed...like alot of people do and ruin it for people who really need them.

My experience with doctor helman was terrible. She is a terrible doctor, her receptionist is rude and accusative, the people who work for her act like minions and overstep multiple boundaries, she overcharges and doesn't taper people off of the medication because if they get off the medication, she can't overcharge them every single month. Just find a different doctor, it's not worth getting messed up with these people. I'm not even sure if her clinic is legit, everything was sketchy and off.
