Reviews for a psychiatrist are difficult because it's a very personal experience. I feel like I'm a compliant patient but I do also want to be heard by my providers. This Dr. is not personable at all. Very textbook and transactional. Barely read my chart and disregarded current diagnoses to require "more testing," testing that was done less than a year ago. Left out key information from our visit in my chart and completely lied about something else, purposofully to paint me in a bad light. Called me "Angry and Irritable" because I cried, even though the first words out of my mouth were, "I'm very overwhelmed and talking about this is very hard for me." I challenged her care plan not to get what I want but to be heard. She completely disregarded me when I brought up the research I had done in search of answers to my struggles. Refused to help with one condition until another was resolved, even though the two are tied together and NOTHING else was helping the one. Wouldn't even listen.
