Finally, a diagnosis that makes sense
She figured it out! Holy c--p! I've gone to 6 doctors regarding my condition. She's the only one that makes sense. My injection was scheduled two weeks after my first visit and I'm making progress. Not where I need to be yet but it's been so hard dealing with doctors who act like they know what's wrong nad then just string you along.

She listened
As a former addict with pain issues, no one ever listens to me. They judge me before I enter the room. She is different. She listened and she gave me options that worked for my lifestyle. The staff were helpful and supportive. I had to wait about 20 min longer than expected but I can't complain too much when I my cardiologist made me wait two hours longer than expected for an appoitnment the day before.

Extremely rude
Telehealth
First off, this is the third time trying to post a review on this site about her and she keeps deleting it. This dr is extremely rude. She only cares about getting paid w insurance and made it clear “she doesn’t care about anything else”.This dr is the worst dr I’ve ever seen!!!

The mess started when Dr. Antony received inaccurate information about me and then refused care until a different doctor corrected her. She treated me like an addict though I have no sobriety issues or diagnosis. She does not pay attention to detail, did not follow up after my procedure with her, did not give me the paperwork for the testing she wanted done and then berated me for not getting the testing. avoid at all costs. Stared at the computer the entire visit and tells me all the testing I didn't do, despite the fact that I had already had all that testing prior to seeing her. She never looked at my MRIS, CAT SCANS IR XRAYS. Just ordered more and she'd confused when I pointed out I had completed them at a recent hospitalization.

I have been going to Dr. Antony for many years. She is one of my favorite doctors. She cares about her patients. Explains everything to easily understand. Answers all your questions. And keeps up with the latest techniques for pain management. You will love her.

Life Changing
What an amazing physician! There are so many pain docs that won't listen to you. She spent time (more time than she had) reviewing my records. She told me where the pain was coming from a previously injured nerve. I have been seeing physicians for 12 years and none of them had ever told me that. The injections have been helping. For the first time in 13 years, I have pain relief.

Horrible! She did NOT bother to check my chart to see all of the treatments I have done over the past 20 years. Told me she would spend 2 appointments diagnosing me instead of actually checking my MRI reports and CAT Scans. Then tells me she is going to repeat ALL the same things I have already done which would end (if they didn't work) being referred for surgery despite my telling her I have consulted with THE SAME SURGEON she said I would be referred to who told me my condition was not operable. When I told her i cannot function with this level of pain, her exact words to me - which I will never forget , were "THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM". Didnt ask me any questions. Nothing. I would NEVER EVER go to her again. I walked out. Keep in mind, this was after calling and leaving 7 messages over 3 weeks for an appt. If i could give a below 1 star I would.

She makes you want hours on end treats you like a criminals doesnt remember who you are or whata going on. She stares at her pc while with her. They spend all of their time trying to catch you doing something wrong. They set you up for failure. You can call 20x and nobody answers or gets back to you. I had surgery 3x while there and gave them all the paperwork and documentation months before hand and come surgery she NEVER NOT ONCE adjusted my rx. Do not go here they dont care they treat you like trash.

If you don't mind being treated like a criminal every time you walk in, and you are ok with only seeing an NP, not a DR, this place is for you. I was recovering from a serious back injury and they mostly gave random pee tests, counted my pills from previous month, asked me the same questions as previous month, and gave stern warnings on the dangers of sharing your pills, or taking too many yourself. Oh, and how the opioid crisis is getting worse. Yes, I read the news. As soon as i was well enough to switch to ibuprofen, I was out of that place. Find someone else, or get a referral. Good luck.

She only cares how many patients she get through in a hour. Make sure you have plenty of time you may wait up to 3 hours and just to be seen for about 5 minutes. She knows that you will not walk out or do anything about it due to the fact that you are relying on your pain management medication.I would not recommend her to anyone.

Awesome doctor. Took the time to look at everything. I really feel like I should have come here first. I was chewed up and spit out by the DE healthcare system. I was a mess when I got here but the doctor took the time to get me a stable treatment plan. I was able to recover (I'm like at 90% relief right now) with some injections. The doctor says there is still more stuff I can get done too! Really, really wish I had come here first.

Dr. Antony takes time to listen to me. She genuinely cares about her patients and this alone is what makes the somewhat lengthy wait time worth it.

Everything was great. My only complaint is that she didn't spend more time with me. She was nice and I had a ton of question but she's a busy doctor. She was nice enough to give me her personal email to follow up with her on. Doctors never seem to have enough time for their patients anymore. Drove from PA to see her because I had a good experience with her 3 years ago and then another year before that. I normally get one injection from her a year. Someting like that.

Very rude. When something goes wrong in her office she tries to cover it up and asks her patients to cover it up also. She badmouths other doctors and pharmacists.
