The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I arrived at 1:30 for a 2 p.m. appointment. At almost 3 p.m. I was told that the Dr. would not see my 4 month old child because "the insurance won't pay for this sick visit." The front staff proceeded to tell me to pay in cash or take my sick child somewhere else. After calling the insurance company to confirm that the visit was covered, I was told to "wait my turn" to see the Dr. At this point my child was in tears and we had been there for

When we visited her, she said: Your kids look healthy, I can accept them as patients; normally I don't take just anyone coming here from the street?!?!?! She is supposed to be a children doctor
